My name is Maria and I’ve been a photographer in Cyprus for about 9 years now. I enjoy capturing moments in their true nature and those pure moments of bliss and traditions rooted in customs.
In my photographs I follow a natural and minimalistic approach, focusing in photographing Christenings and families who love unique, modern portraits.

For a christening, I arrive 40 minutes earlier at the church. I take 10 minutes to climatise myself and understand the space and 15 minutes to get some detail shots. These involve the church, the items of the baby that the godparents will be responsible to bring, and other small details. The rest 15 minutes I like to get some photos of the baby thee parents or siblings before the christening begins, and then I start covering the ceremony. After the ceremony, I photograph the family, in different groups, and if you have requested for it, I also cover the lunch/dinner after the ceremony.
After the day of the event, the process begins for the post-processing of your photographs. This is where corrections are being made in order to make sure the photographs reflect the true colors and emotions of the day, along with the quality control. The deliver of your photographs will be in digital form through a private link where you can view and download all of your photographs. The digital delivery happens within three months. If you have ordered any print material (albums, or photo boxes) these will be delivered on a different date which we will keep you updated on.
